Every Sunday, the private outdoor military equipment museum organizes a 2-hour educational program where you can not only see a self-propelled 105mm artillery howitzer FV433, a British army armored personnel carrier FV432, or HMMWV M998, M1123 Slandback M1152 Turbo Armored (Humvee) all-terrain vehicles, but also sit in the driver’s seat, or even drive them yourself or be given a ride*. A trip to the front line, visiting trenches, shooting at targets with airsoft guns, testing field communication systems, covert entry into an enemy military base. Adults can try the real weapon disassembly experience, while young visitors can use the children’s playground and trampoline attractions for free. At the end of the program, you will put on military helmets and be driven in a military truck. Throughout the program, you will be accompanied by a Tankodromas instructor who will tell you about the history and technical characteristics of the exhibits. From our collection of weapons, each participant will be able to hold, feel the real weight, remove the magazine, load an AKMS, AK74SU, AKM, UZI, or BREN machine gun, or try on a real, modern military bulletproof vest and helmet. The sounds of shots from the nearby shooting range will create a military atmosphere. If you wish to shoot real weapons, registration is required no later than 3 days before your visit; in very rare cases, shooting can be arranged upon arrival.

In the museum, you will see anti-aircraft defense systems used from World War II (WW2) to the ongoing war in Ukraine, various air control radars, engineering armored vehicles, infantry fighting vehicles, the largest Chevrolet (CUCV) collection in the Baltic States, anti-tank weapon models, a training T-72 tank turret, and other exhibits related to tanks.
